Great location, right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and main attractions. The staff was helpful and accommodating with requests and provided directions to the must-visit spots. The rooftop terrace was a hidden gem offering spectacular views of the city.
The noise level at night can be disturbing, which may pose a challenge to light sleepers. Shower facilities were available but needed repair, with water splashing everywhere during use. Limited amenities were available, including no daily room cleaning, and no option to pay with a card, which could cause inconvenience.

Location was great! We were right in the heart of the city and had easy access to all the restaurants and shops. the view from the rooftop terrace was amazing, we could see everything from up there. the hotel had beautiful coloured tiles that gave the room a unique touch.
the shower was terrible, the water splashed everywhere and the temperature regulation was very bad.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel, conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing me with a map of the medina and offering extra blankets for the cold night. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city and mountains, were excellent. the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.
Nothing that I didn't like.
